THE LIGHT IN TRADITIONS - LOTUS'S
RETAIL
A festive campaign, my main goal from the brief was to increase foot-traffic in Lotus’s stores nationwide during Deepavali season. This remains one of the more hands-on campaigns that I’ve handled where I played a major role in research, ideations, pitching, presenting and executing.

MAYBANK FINANCIAL GOALS - MAYBANK
BANKING
For phase 1 of the MFG digital roll out plan, I was part of the team that was tasked with building the foundations to the soon-to-be-released app feature and also to generate millennial/gen z-friendly financial topics on Maybank’s socials based on in-depth consumer and product research.
I was influential in the content strategy and development stages, i.e.: ideations, proposals, and executing. I also played a UX Writing role where I develop copies and layouts for user-journey-based EDMs.

MONTHLY CC - CLARINS
SKINCARE

Throughout my year in the Clarins working team, my responsibilities were to collaborate with teammates to create monthly social calendars. The overall marketing goal was to drive e-commerce sales and foot traffic at Clarins boutiques via educating and inspiring content on their socials.
I worked hand-in-hand with an art director, project manager and creative lead to develop 12 - 15 social contents per month based on a brief featuring different Clarins products each month. I achieved this with detailed research on the skincare industry, Clarins products, its wide range natural ingredients, and valueble insights into its target audience and consumers.

My responsibilities as part of this working team was to create monthly social calendars that went hand-in-hand with the marketing team efforts and product pushes under the iNova umbrella. The overall marketing goal was to increase sales and also generate brand awareness for what is widely considered as a premium product in the market.
I worked hand-in-hand with an art director, project manager and creative lead to develop monthly social calendars based on briefs featuring different iNova products each month. I achieved this with detailed research on the healthcare industry, iNova products, its ingredients, and valuable insights into its consumers.
