Scaling a Global Logistics Brand on LinkedIn
Content Marketing, Content Strategy
The company had real scale: new hubs, expanding partners,
rising volumes, and strong financial results to back it all up.
But on LinkedIn, that reality wasn’t translating into market perception, the brand still looked regional, tactical, and under-leveraged digitally.
The challenges I was tasked with solving were:
-
Awareness: Close the gap between credibility and performance.
-
Consideration: Turn LinkedIn into a validation platform.
-
Conversion: Support three competing goals on one platform: commercial acquisition, partner positioning, and investor confidence.
-
Retention: Scale visibility without sacrificing trust or narrative quality.
The ambition was to anchor a “road to scale” story through people, proof, and performance.
The Approach
I operated with a high-velocity, narrative-led content system to scale credibility, not just output.
In the first half of the year, we focused on baseline credibility: partnerships, asset-light positioning, and early network storytelling.
By mid-year, we shifted the operating model into aggressive scale — more than doubling content output year-on-year — to maximise impressions among the feeds of decision-maker while managing targeted engagement initiatives.
As a team, we followed the organization's 4 operating pods for a balance of content:
-
Overall Narrative: Culture, Brand, Partnerships, and recurring formats.
-
Network: Air partner wins and network expansion storytelling.
-
Commercial (B2B): Lead acquisition via targeted posts and dark ads without cluttering the main feed.
-
Investor Narrative (IPO): Financial performance, leadership interviews, and market readiness signals.
This allowed me to scale production without fragmenting the story.
